Gregg S. Treadway
Before becoming an attorney, Gregg worked many years as a Fortune 500 Retail Executive. Gregg utilizes his years of experience as an executive and his professional leadership skills in each of his client’s matters. Gregg focuses a large part of his legal practice in Elder Law. He has a passion for assisting elderly individuals plan for their future. Whether these individuals are already unable to continue living at home, have a disability, or want to ensure their future is in good hands, Gregg helps every step of the way. He also focuses a large part of his practice on estate planning, probate matters and business contracts. Gregg is a licensed Tennessee Real Estate Broker and has conducted many real estate closing transactions, both commercial and residential, for individuals in the surrounding Davidson, Sumner, Robertson and Wilson County area. Gregg is also listed as a Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator and has assisted many individuals solve disputes through mediation.
Outside of the office, Gregg serves as a professional speaker and adjunct faculty lecturer. He remains actively involved in various professional and civic organizations, including serving as a volunteer pilot for Angel Flight. He was a 2018 graduate of Leadership Goodlettsville. He spends a majority of his free time traveling with his Wife.
