A Sumner County native raised in Goodlettsville, Devin Freeman Park brings local insight, legal experience, and a compassionate approach to her civil practice. She works closely with individuals and families throughout Middle Tennessee, helping clients plan ahead, resolve disputes, and navigate life’s transitions with clarity.

Devin focuses her practice on estate planning, probate administration, and estate litigation, along with conservatorships, guardianships, and adoptions. She is also highly experienced in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, developers, loan officers, and real estate agents. Her deep knowledge of decedent estates gives her clients an added advantage during real estate closings—especially when addressing complex title or probate-related issues.
In addition to her transactional and probate work, Devin handles a range of family law matters, including contested and uncontested divorces, child custody and visitation, and name changes. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem and accepts court appointments for estate administration.
