Partner
Don Duke
Don Duke grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and brings both local roots and practical experience to every client relationship. After earning his degree from Rhodes College in Memphis, Don spent several years in business before returning to Nashville in the late 1990s to work in his family’s company. Driven by a lifelong interest in the law, he attended the Nashville School of Law at night while working during the day—an experience that shaped his grounded, client-focused approach to legal practice.

Today, Don practices throughout Middle Tennessee, including Davidson, Robertson, and Sumner counties. He focuses primarily on family law, including contested and uncontested divorces, child custody, and visitation matters. Don also provides guidance in estate planning, helping families with wills, trusts, name changes, conservatorships, and probate administration. In addition, he enjoys working with local entrepreneurs to form small business entities and draft key startup agreements.
Known for his calm demeanor and thoughtful advice, Don uses his background as a business owner and parent to help clients make informed decisions during life’s most important transitions.
Don has served on the Board of Directors of the Goodlettsville Chamber of Commerce and remains active in the local community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Janet, and their four children—Jack, Molly, Matthew, and Grayson.
